Tracy Morrow writes: "The Modern Energy Foundation course is a fantastic introduction to all the main concepts and tools we use in modern energy work. It gives a great understanding of what emotions are and how our stress levels affect our energy bodies. I found it was a fabulous refresher on the use of the modern energy chart, the power of the positives, energy in motion (EMO), SuperMind, modern energy tapping and modern stress management, as well as an enlightening intro to Star Matrix - the latter making me want to go and start a Book of Stars before the video even finished. An essential tool I will be using with clients for sure!"
